Gov. Newsom sues Huntington Beach for not creating enough affordable housing

What if former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz runs for president as an independent, and then none of the three candidates reached the 270 electoral college threshold to win? Meanwhile, the state of California is suing the City of Huntington Beach over what it says is the city’s refusal to build enough homes for its growing population. And the US Supreme Court has agreed to take up a gun rights case -- something it hasn’t done so in 10 years.
