A French Whodunit: Precious Works Stolen from the Paris Modern Art Museum

Paintings by Picasso, Matisse, Braque and Modigliani have been stolen from the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.  How did it happen?  What are the chances of getting them back?

Paintings by Picasso, Matisse, Braque and Modigliani have been stolen from the Museum of Modern Art in Paris. How did it happen? What are the chances of getting them back? Officials at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris reported a sawn-off padlock this morning and surveillance cameras recorded somebody entering through a broken window. Reporters saw police leaving the museum with empty picture frames.
