Brown oozed has begun to show in marsh grass on the coast of Louisiana, and part of the oil slick has entered the “loop current,” which could take it around Florida and up the East Coast. In the meantime, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that BP sent a crucial testing team home several hours before the oil rig explosion that killed 11 workers and caused an under-sea gusher exactly a month ago.
