Ten Republican presidential candidates were up against the World Series last night as well as against each other. But CNBC scored its biggest audience ever. We hear some lively exchanges and talk about the continued uncertainty for a crowded field of amateurs and political pros.

Later on the program, the world's most dominant sports team doesn't play baseball, football, cricket or even soccer. The New Zealand All Blacks play Rugby. They're back in the World Cup finals on Saturday night.
