New rules for abortion clinics in Texas and other states are making it too expensive for many to stay in business. There's concern that women seeking the procedure have to drive long distances and cross state lines. Are the rules designed to protect women's health and safety -- or is the real goal to prevent women from exercising their Constitutional right to choose?
