Voter rights, voter intimidation and poll monitors

For decades, Republicans have organized "poll watchers" to prevent so-called "voter fraud." This year, Democrats have filed suits, claiming that Donald Trump is inciting his supporters to "intimidate" prospective Clinton voters in neighborhoods where Trump claims "cheating" is likely.
