    A Fashionable New Dumpling Craze

    Jonathan Gold proclaims there is a new dumpling fad in town at Emperor Noodle in the San Gabriel Valley. He declares that the shen jian bao or "sjb" served at Emperor Noodle have replaced xiao long bao or "xlb" as the trendiest dumpling in Los Angeles.

    Jonathan Gold proclaims there is a new dumpling fad in town at Emperor Noodle in the San Gabriel Valley. He declares that the shen jian bao or "sjb" served at Emperor Noodle have replaced xiao long bao or "xlb" as the trendiest dumpling in Los Angeles. While the sjb are the star of the show, he also recommends the Shanghai fried rice cakes, the spicy pork noodles
