A liquid history of the Arts District

Simone recently opened in the Arts District after months of anticipation. And while diners are eager to experience the talents of chef Jessica Largey, to get to the dining room you must first pass through Duello, the 25-seat bar with a menu that tells the history of the Arts District. The concept is the brainchild of renowned Scottish bartender Iain McPherson.
