This week, Laura Avery talks about fresh rhubarb with Robert Wemischner, Professor of Baking and Pastry at Los Angeles Trade Tech College. Mario Trevino of Trevino Family Farms in Lompoc also talks about growing this surprisingly versatile ingredient.
