Roy Choi’s new KCET show “Broken Bread” highlights the work of many individuals and organizations affecting social change through food. One of those featured is chef Bill Bracken, who started a food truck called Bracken’s Kitchen in 2013 with the express purpose of serving food insecure individuals and families throughout Orange County. Calling it “catering for a cause,” Bracken is committed to serving 300,000 meals in 2019.
