One of those featured is chef Bill Bracken, who started a food truck called Bracken’s Kitchen in 2013 with the express purpose of serving food insecure individuals and families throughout Orange County. Calling it “catering for a cause,” Bracken is committed to serving 300,000 meals in 2019.
