    Lawry’s The Prime Ribis an LA institution, and it’s celebrating its 80 years by doing something such institutions are not especially known for: changing.

    Lawry’s chief strategy officer Ryan Wilson is a fourth-generation member of the restaurant’s founding family. He’s ever mindful of the delicate balance between keeping their loyal patrons happy while changing with the times.
