    This week Santa Monica Farmers Market Manager Laura Avery speaks with Timothy Hollingsworth, chef-owner ofOtium. He's shopping for ruby red grapefruit to make smoked grapefruit with cured amberjack to serve at the restaurant, which is next to The Broad museum in Downtown L.A.

    Avery also checks in with AJ Bernard, ofBernard Ranches, who arranges his baskets of grapefruit in order of sweetness. You might be surprised to learn which grapefruit varieties have the most sugar.
