He says there are more diverse barbacoa offerings in Los Angeles than there are in Mexico City. Some of his favorite spots are Aquí es Texcoco in the city of Commerce, Gish Bac in Arlington Heights and Tacos Quetzalcoatlin East Los Angeles.
Tickets are now on sale for Tacolandia, a yearly taco fest curated by Bill Esparza.
