Eric Garcetti was sworn for a second term as Mayor of Los Angeles over the weekend. During his speech on the steps of City Hall, Garcetti described L.A. as an ascendant city – with new transportation projects, businesses and cultural institutions that will shape Los Angeles in the 21st Century. But with the Governor's race on the horizon, will he stick around or head to Sacramento?
