Journalist and food writer Charlotte Druckman has a new cookbook out for people who like to eat adventurously but lack cooking skills. Druckman shares how to make multiple dishes using just three main ingredients. There are 25 sets of ingredients, including zucchini, pistachio and mint; carrot, cashew and coconut, as well as goat cheese, strawberries and balsamic vinegar. Her new book is “Kitchen Remix.”
