Supreme Court’s DACA decision: Legal analysis and what it says about the court’s makeup

KCRW talks about the Supreme Court’s decisions this week, and how they may indicate a broader pattern. The court ruled that Donald Trump's move to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was unlawful. The court also decided to bar workplace discrimination for LGBTQ people, and allow California to have Sanctuary City laws.
