The U.S. Supreme Court issued several opinions today. The court handed Virginia Democrats a big win in a racial gerrymandering case. It upheld an exception to the double jeopardy rule, which could have repercussions for some of President Trump’s former associates. It punted on a case involving an Oregon baker who was fined for refusing to make a cake for a same-sex couple.
