Paul Qui, from Top Chef to King of Austin's Food Scene
Tom Colicchio described Paul Qui as the most talented chef to ever compete on the Bravo hit TV series Top Chef. Qui won Season 9 and has gone on to open several popular restaurants in Austin including Qui and East Side King . He just announced his plan to open an intimate 12-seat restaurant in Austin later this year.
