The cookware giant Pyrex was originally developed and introduced by Corning Glass in 1915. To commemorate the 100 year anniversary, the Corning Museum of Glass presents America's Favorite Dish: Celebrating a Century of Pyrex.

The senior curator of Modern and Contemporary Glass, Tina Oldknow describes the origins of Pyrex cookware and how it revolutionized cooking in America.

We've got photos from the exhibition on the Good Food blog.
