The Bread Exchange

Malin Elmlid is a fashionista-turned-bread barterer. Traveling extensively for work, she sought out the best possible loaves in every city she visited. After she discovered her favorite white sourdough was hard to come by in her adopted city of Berlin, she decided to make her own. Soon, people started giving her things for it. Her experience is documented in her new book, The Bread Exchange.
