    This week on Good Food, host Evan Kleiman introduces you to the Ham Daiquiri and other outrageous cocktails courtesy of Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark. Also on the show, Eddie Lin dons a fur coat and visits a vodka room Beverly Hills. Ken Albala tells us about eating garden snails. We'll hear about the famous chef/scientist Ferran Adria of El Bulli from Colman Andrews. Daniel Lorenzetti and Linda Rice Lorenzetti will tell us about their exhibit, The Birth of Coffee showing at the Craft and Folk Art Museum. We'll go out for dakgalbi with Jonathan Gold. Jack Bishop of America's Test Kitchen is cooking with whole grains. He'll share some ideas. Plus Josiah Citrin of Melisse tells us what to do with lamb. And Laura Avery finds macadamia nuts at the Santa Monica Farmers Market.
