    Good Food

    Thanksgiving

This week, the show comes to you from the Museum of Television & Radio in New York City. Joel Patraker, the manager of 24 green markets throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island, will tell us what's green in the Big Apple. Alfred Portale, chef and owner of the highly-acclaimed Gotham Bar & Grill, talks with Susan about why presentation is just as important as a meal's taste. And, in honor of Thanksgiving, we'll talk to the world's largest cranberry grower about that Thanksgiving condiment... Plus we'll check out "God's Love We Deliver", a New York City-based organization providing meals for people living with HIV/AIDS. Culinary spy Ed Levine will uncover some of New York's hidden treasures; there's this week's installment of the "Good Food" quiz; and a New York-style Market Report.
