Jonathan Gold describes the menu at chef Gino Angellini's RivaBella as a collection of the greatest hits from Italy. The restaurant took over the enormous Hamburger Hamlet space on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. He recommends the seared swordfish carpaccio, vitello tonnato, eggplant parmigiana, spinach pappardelle with lamb ragu, linguini with sea urchin, sauteed scallops, the branzino and the veal chop.
