FROM THIS EPISODE

Last week, the city of Fullerton announced they had settled a lawsuit filed by the ACLU and a coalition of Asian-American advocacy groups that will bring the issue of district elections to a vote in the 2016 general election. This follows on the heels on the Garden Grove City Council announcing they would discuss putting such a measure on the ballot, and last year's successful vote to bring district elections to Anaheim. The movement to try and increase minority representation on OC city councils is relatively recent -- before those three cities, the last city to implement them was Santa Ana in the 1990's. With activists vowing to take on more cities, which will be the next to switch over?
