FROM THIS EPISODE

First, an audit revealed uncontrolled spending of ratepayers' money by two mysterious "institutes" run jointly by the DWP and its major union. Also, a low-level aide to Attorney General Kamala Harris is accused of impersonating an officer — working for a police department that's 3000 years old.
