LA Times restaurant critic Patricia Escárcega recently reviewed Spoon & Pork. The casual Filipino restaurant opened last year in Silver Lake after operating as both a food truck and a vendor at Smorgasburg LA. Escárcega left impressed by the restaurant’s take on Filipino comfort foods, especially the crispy pork shank known as patita.
