Answering your burning tortilla questions

Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano answers listeners' questions about all things tortillas, including “Why is my taco not pinching correctly?” and “Can you freeze tortillas?” With a Ziploc bag and squeezing out air, tortillas can be frozen and defrosted after a year or two and will maintain their flavor.
