    Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano answers listeners' questions about all things tortillas, including “Why is my taco not pinching correctly?” and “Can you freeze tortillas?” With a Ziploc bag and squeezing out air, tortillas can be frozen and defrosted after a year or two and will maintain their flavor. Arellano says that we spend our entire lives seeking our tortilla truth.
