After Mueller report, should Democrats push for impeachment or focus on 2020 race?

Democrats are at a crossroads now that the Mueller report is out. Some argue Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report provides a strong case for the House to bring articles of impeachment against President Trump. Others argue the party’s efforts would be better spent focusing on the 2020 election.
