Micah Wexler is the chef-owner of Wexler's Deli in the Grand Central Market. Before opening his deli, Wexler executed a series of historical dinners called To Live and Dine in LA. Each dinner focused on a unique slice of Los Angeles history.

USC professor and author Josh Kun was inspired to use the same name for his historical book and exhibition of LA menus at the Central Library in Downtown LA. In Kun's book, Wexler reimagines a menu from the 1930's for the modern diner.
