Actor Omari Hardwick knew things would work out when he made the decision to quit his back up career of firefighting and hours later received a phone call from Spike Lee that began a new chapter for him. He began acting full time but struggled with owning his potential as a lead actor. He even hesitated taking on his game changing role of James “Ghost” St. Patrick in Starz’ “Power”. Today, Hardwick talks with Elvis about the refreshing success that “Power “ has seen and the cultural movement he hopes to be taking part in both professionally and personally.
