Chef Alvin Cailin rose to fame with Eggslut, the wildly popular egg sandwich counter in the Downtown LA's Grand Central Market. This year, the brand will expand to Venice and Las Vegas.

However, his culinary journey was not always one of smooth sailing. He's hoping to impart his hard-earned lessons to other young, talented chefs through his latest venture, Unit 120, a culinary incubator in Chinatown's Far East Plaza.
