People tell us all the time they listen to Good Food while working out. If you're one of them, this segment is for you. Our supervising producer Abbie Fentress Swanson and her friends Carolina Miranda, an arts writer for the LA Times, and Maria Fellows, a family therapist in Pasadena, share their rather unusual Hollywood Half Marathon training program. Teaser: it involves running 120 miles around LA and eating tasty breakfast burritos, hand-pulled noodles and tiger tail donuts. And they're not done with the training plan yet!
