Florida's politics get hit by Hurricane Matthew

As we go on the air, Hurricane Matthew hasn't yet caused the death and damage that's been predicted, but President Obama has reminded millions of people they're still in danger. Meantime the disruption already caused by Matthew is having political consequences in a crucial swing state.  Republican Governor Rick Scott — who's also chair of a super PAC backing Donald Trump — has refused to extend next Tuesday's deadline for voter registration. Matt Dixon, in Panama City for Politico, has more on who asked for the extension and why.
