You may have noticed more and more plant-based burgers on the menu—most recently in the form of the Impossible Whopper  that’s being unveiled at Burger King locations across the country. Contributor Elysabeth Alfano wanted to learn how a company makes a burger without meat. So she went to Beyond Meat  in El Segundo.
