Bill Addison goes out for Uyghur food

Only a handful of restaurants in LA specialize in authentic Uyghur food, so when LA Times restaurant critic Bill Addison heard about Dolan’s Uyghur Cuisine in Alhambra, he knew he had to pay a visit.
