Los Angeles pastry chef and KCRW Pie Contest judge Isa Fabro walks us through how to make her signature Mango Royale icebox pie. Her version is inspired by crema de fruta, a traditional Filipino dessert, and makes use of a condensed milk whip and very ripe Manila mangos.
