Andrea Crawford and her husband, Robert Dedlow, own Kenter Canyon Farms. They recently launched Roan Mills, a "farm to toaster" operation where they grow, mill and bake with wheat they grow on a 50-acre property in Hollister, California. Crawford sells milled flour, wheat berries and fresh baked bread at the Wednesday Santa Monica Market and the Sunday Hollywood Market.
On December 18, Crawford is bringing her mill and griddle to the Santa Monica Farmers' Market where she will demonstrate both the milling and cooking of her heritage wheat.
