Recently the LA Times Food section put out its official fast food French fry power rankings of 19 different restaurants. Lucas Kwan Peterson is the LA Times’ new food columnist, and he’s caught some heat for his sweeping judgments on chains like In-N-Out, including from Mayor Garcetti .
