Looking for little effort to serve pescatarians, prepare a whole boneless fish

First-generation Genevieve Ko grew up with fish on the table and recommends a fifteen-minute baked fish with three or four ingredients to satisfy the pescatarian this Thanksgiving. Photo courtesy of Shutterstock.

Her family made a turkey, but Genevieve Ko shares that most of the holiday dishes are what would typically appear at a big gathering with all of the relatives, which included steamed fish. For the pescatarians at the table, Ko suggests a side of salmon or steelhead trout with a mustard-mayo-maple sauce. On the stuffing front, Evan Kleiman confesses it’s her favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal. To stuff or not to stuff? That is the question.
